Agreement
Agreement
The agreement, or contract, is one of the kinds of texts that we translate the most. That’s not surprising when you consider that there must be hundreds of variations of contracts. A few examples: the purchase agreement and sales contract, the nondisclosure agreement, the employment contract and the shareholder’s agreement, to name just a few.
Provisions
In an agreement, clauses are laid down which stipulate what is applicable to both or more parties after the agreement has taken effect. Standard clauses include the applicable law in the event of a dispute, the duration and notice of termination of the agreement and the duty of confidentiality.
Translations
The translators and editors at Tupelo Translations are specialised in legalese and the current regulations and legislation. Therefore, when we suspect that a definition or sentence in the source text is incorrect, we will let you know. So, we don’t just translate for you, we are also your second pair of eyes!
We don't only translate for you, we go the extra mile.
